This policy explains what information Motion IPTV (“we”, “us”) collects on motioniptv.org, why we collect it and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Order and trial details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, device type and the plan you choose.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic browser information, used to prevent abuse of the order and trial forms and to keep the service secure.
We do not store card details. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose, under their own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To set up your trial or subscription and send your login details.
- To send payment links, renewal reminders and support replies.
- To stop the same person claiming repeated free trials.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information and do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Viewing activity
We do not record which channels or programmes you watch. Our servers keep connection logs (account, time and IP address) for a short period only, to detect login sharing and fix streaming problems.
How long we keep it
We keep account details while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can handle renewals and support questions. Trial records are kept for 30 days. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as those that protect our forms. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us through the Contact page and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.
