By starting a free trial or buying a subscription from Motion IPTV, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Motion IPTV provides access to streamed television through third-party player apps and our web player. Channel line-ups, video-on-demand titles and stream quality can change without notice. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection; we recommend at least 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K.
2. Free trial
Free trials last 24 hours from activation. One trial is allowed per person, email address, phone number and household. We may refuse a trial without giving a reason.
3. Plans, connections and payment
- Each plan allows the number of connections you paid for, meaning that many devices can stream at the same time.
- Subscriptions start when we activate your line after payment is confirmed.
- Plans do not renew automatically. We will remind you before your plan ends.
- Lifetime plans remain active for as long as Motion IPTV operates the service.
- The VPN add-on is optional and is not required to use Motion IPTV.
4. Acceptable use
Your login is for your household only. You may not resell, rebroadcast, record for redistribution, or share your login beyond your paid connections. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended without a refund.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own devices, apps and internet connection, and for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws where you live.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it. Planned maintenance and short outages may happen. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown above. Price changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.
