Firestick

Works on every Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube and Fire TV edition television.

From the Fire TV home screen, open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options. If you can't see Developer options, go to My Fire TV → About and click your device name seven times.
Turn on Install unknown apps (or Apps from Unknown Sources on older models).
Go back to the home screen, search for Downloader and install it. Then allow Downloader under Install unknown apps.
Open Downloader, enter the code we sent with your login and press Go. This installs the Motion app. Press Install, then Open.
Sign in with the username, password and server URL from your welcome message.
Wait a minute while channels, films and the TV guide load. You're ready to watch.

Buffering on a Firestick? Plug it into the TV with the extension cable it came with and move your router closer, or use an Ethernet adapter.

For Google TV, Chromecast with Google TV, NVIDIA Shield, Sony, TCL, Philips and other Android TVs and boxes.

Install the Motion app with Downloader (same code as Firestick), or open the Google Play Store and install a player such as IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate.
Open the app. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter the username, password and server URL from your welcome message.
For TiviMate, choose Add playlist → Xtream Codes and enter the same three details.
Let the channels and guide load, then start watching.

TiviMate gives the most TV-like guide on Android TV. IPTV Smarters is simpler if you mainly watch films and series.

For Android phones and tablets.

Download the Motion app, or install IPTV Smarters Pro or another Xtream Codes player from the Google Play Store.
Open the app. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter the username, password and server URL from your welcome message.
Tap Live TV, Movies or Series to start watching.

On mobile data, lower the stream quality in the app settings to save data.

For iPhone, iPad and Apple TV (tvOS).

Open the App Store.
Install an Xtream Codes player such as Smarters Player Lite, iPlayTV or GSE Smart IPTV.
Open the app and add a new playlist or account using Xtream Codes.
Enter the username, password and server URL from your welcome message and save.
Open the playlist to load your channels, films and series.

Some iOS players ask for an M3U link instead. Use the M3U link from your welcome message.

Three ways to watch on a computer. The web player is the quickest.

Web player (easiest): open the Motion web player in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox and sign in with your username, password and server URL.
Desktop app: download IPTV Smarters for Windows or macOS from the official website, open it, choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter your username, password and server URL.
VLC: open VLC, choose Media → Open Network Stream (Windows) or File → Open Network (Mac), paste your M3U link and press Play.

VLC is fine for a quick test but has no TV guide. For regular use, pick the web player or a desktop app.

For Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) smart TVs.

Open your TV's app store and install a player such as IBO Player or Smarters Player.
Open the app. It shows a MAC address and a device key on screen.
Send us both on WhatsApp or by email, together with your order or trial reference.
We add your playlist to the app for you. Restart the app and your channels appear.

Some smart TV players charge a small one-off activation fee after their own trial. That fee goes to the app maker, not to us.

For MAG boxes and Formuler devices using a portal.

Send us the MAC address printed on the back of the box (it starts with 00:1A:79). We link it to your line.
On the box, go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
Enter a portal name (e.g. "Motion") and the portal URL we send you. Save and restart the box.
The portal loads with your channels.

On Formuler, use the MyTVOnline app: add a portal with the same URL.

After your trial or order we send these. Keep them handy:

Check there are no spaces before or after your username and password.
Include http:// and the port number in the server URL exactly as sent.
Restart your device and router, then try again.
If channels load but won't play, your internet provider may be blocking streams. The VPN add-on usually fixes this.
